The value of the Digital Goods reflected in your Account does not represent real currency or any credit value. These Digital Goods cannot be exchanged for real cash. Unless otherwise permitted by xpertsgsm.com in writing, you are prohibited from selling, transferring, or otherwise disposing of the Digital Goods to any other person, whether inside or outside the confines of our platform.
Unless otherwise specified, all purchases of Digital Goods into your Account are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.
xpertsgsm.com reserves the right to consider refund or exchange requests only under exceptional circumstances. For example, if the Digital Goods purchased are found to be faulty or damaged, or if xpertsgsm.com determines, in its sole and absolute discretion, that the Digital Goods are faulty or damaged.
To request a refund or exchange, the customer must submit a request to xpertsgsm.com within 6 months from the date of purchase for any faulty or damaged goods. Failure to do so will automatically forfeit the customer’s right to request a refund or exchange.
Please note, xpertsgsm.com does not reverse or refund transactions used to purchase credits on our website. If an order is rejected, the balance will be credited back to your account wallet. We will not entertain any requests for refunds to the original mode of payment.
