Digital Goods

The value of the Digital Goods reflected in your Account does not represent real currency or any credit value. These Digital Goods cannot be exchanged for real cash. Unless otherwise permitted by xpertsgsm.com in writing, you are prohibited from selling, transferring, or otherwise disposing of the Digital Goods to any other person, whether inside or outside the confines of our platform.

Refund & Exchange Policy & Disclaimer

Unless otherwise communicated by xpertsgsm.com before the purchase of credits, all credits purchased and added to your Account are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.

Account credits cannot be refunded back to the original mode of payment under any circumstances, unless xpertsgsm.com has expressly communicated a different refund arrangement to the customer before the purchase of those credits. No refund or exception will be considered after the credits have been purchased.

Once credits have been added to your Account, they may be used to purchase the products and services available on xpertsgsm.com. Customers are responsible for ensuring that they understand the applicable terms before purchasing credits.

By purchasing credits, you acknowledge and agree that the credits cannot be converted into cash or refunded to the original payment method, and that there are no exceptions unless a different arrangement was expressly communicated by xpertsgsm.com before the purchase.

PayPal Refund Policy

Please note, xpertsgsm.com does not reverse or refund transactions used to purchase credits on our website. Unless a different refund arrangement was expressly communicated by xpertsgsm.com before the purchase of credits, credits cannot be refunded to the original mode of payment under any circumstances.

If an order is rejected, the applicable balance will be credited back to your account wallet, where it can be used to purchase other products and services available on our website. We will not entertain requests for refunds to the original mode of payment.

In cases where a buyer initiates a PayPal claim:

  • The credits associated with the transaction will be blocked or removed from the account balance. These credits will remain inaccessible until a final decision is made regarding the PayPal claim.
  • A $15 claim processing fee will be deducted for each claim filed. This fee will not be credited back to the buyer’s account if the claim is decided in our favor.
  • During the review period of the claim, the credits will be frozen in the user’s account wallet.

By making a purchase on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these refund terms and conditions, including the restriction that credits cannot be refunded to the original mode of payment unless an alternative arrangement was expressly communicated by xpertsgsm.com before the purchase.
