  T-Mobile / Sprint USA has updated their unlock and fraud policies. They now reserve the right to blacklist, block, or relock iPhones and IMEIs that have an insurance claim through Assurant after unlocking the device. If an IMEI is blacklisted or relocked due to a lost/stolen insurance claim, it will not work on any GSM network worldwide.

  Important Policy Details:

  • Any T-Mobile / Sprint USA IMEI that is blocked or relocked due to a lost/stolen insurance claim after unlocking will not be refunded or reprocessed.
  • Unlocking devices with an insurance claim is done at your own risk. We will not offer any refunds for devices that have an insurance claim under any circumstances.
  • Due to T-Mobile / Sprint USA policies regarding unlocking and relocking devices, if an iPhone is relocked, we cannot claim the device for unlocking again.
